This past week our team acted on a popular piece of feedback regarding our AI insights. Our pilot users and research interviewees appreciated Kona's algorithm but wondered if there was a way to further customize their profiles.

To solve this issue, we've rolled out ✏️ Editable Profiles. This feature adds an 'Edit' button next to Kona's AI insights to give users the option to manually revise or hide certain workstyle insights.

Users now have full control over their profiles and can share what they feel most comfortable with. At the same time, Kona has improved its reliability as a teamwide source of truth while still maintaining the convenience of AI-generated insights. Our goal has always been to keep Kona people-focused and have our AI augment relationship-building. We believe editable profiles reinforces this focus; our AI insights are a starting point for conversation and reflection rather than prescribed truth.

Let's talk about communication.

As the world acclimates to the new normal of work-from-home, strong communication is a team's largest defense against burnout and low engagement. Unfortunately, successful remote communication requires more than just downloading Slack or Zoom. Understand your teammates' communication styles with Kona, the AI-powered Slackbot. For a 14-day free trial, visit sikeinsights.com.

Companies affected by COVID-19 and transitioning to remote work for the first time can get Kona free for the first three months. To see if your team qualifies, simply email sid@sikeinsights.com.
